Why I do not get scheduled backup emails ?

I do not get email notifications for successful backups.

Answer : 
Due to the fact that all admins receive multiple emails every day and most are ignored, we have decided that there is no need to send emails for successful backups on PBXs that are Hosted by 3CX and flood each admin 's inbox. We will send only when something goes wrong and backups fails.
Imagine an admin who has 50 PBXs hosted by 3CX and has enabled Scheduled daily backups every night (this is the correct way), this will turn to nightmare at the end..
