How can I replace a subscription's license key in my hosted instance?

Question:
I have a hosted instance and bought a new subscription to be used in my setup, how can I replace the existing key?

Answer:
You cannot replace the license key in hosted instances, unlike on-premise or self-hosted installations. 

If a new  subscription was ordered, please ask for a refund within the month of purchase. Then upgrade your existing license, the price is the same! 

Once you have performed the upgrade, log in to your 3CX Management Console and press the reload button in the dashboard to update your subscription immediately.
