Do you offer tech support?

All our hosted instances are offered free support in relation to the items below:

  • Issues deploying the service

  • Connectivity issues to/from the service

  • OS Management

  • Patch Management

  • Restoration of a restore-point (backup)

  • Visibility of the ‘Instance Manager’ data in the customer portal

  • Request to delete a hosted instance

Support is available Monday to Friday on 24-hour availability (EET) and via email on weekends for emergency assistance. If your question is outside of the above scope, you must seek assistance from a 3CX Partner or purchase a  support ticket.
